• Facilitated a monthly "Foot Clinic" with an orthopedic surgeon to promote ambulation in physically challenged children.

· Directed the clinical operations of one facility rehabilitation practice with a staff of 7 professionals and 2 support personnel members; 200 bed Christian facility based in Watertown, WI focusing on meeting the daily needs of children and young adults.

• Developed and oversaw a tracking system to account for wheelchairs and parts in the entire facility.
• Completed the monthly billing of the department and ensured timely submission of bills to the customer.

· Revamped the Rehabilitation Policy and Procedure manual to include student and volunteers supervision, infection control and management of patient record files
